If a cancellation request is made before any work has started, Groviest Media may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund. This decision will depend on the stage of communication, preparation, and any preliminary work already completed.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the client. This includes, but is not limited to, delayed responses, incomplete or missing content, lack of communication, or failure to provide necessary materials required for project completion. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
Additionally, dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences, such as design style or visual elements, does not qualify for a refund once the project has progressed beyond the initial stages. We work closely with clients during revisions to ensure the final result meets agreed expectations.
